How to Concatenate many rows into one

In the attached sample database, I have a column Record Type where I need to be able to Concatenate the rows below into one row with commas seperating.

WHY?

What you are suguesting breaks all the rules of database design...

What would you NEED a single field to contain multiple entities seperated by a comma? It is very very bad practice.
