asked on

missing emails

We have emails that are being lost. They are not in spam and we even have the settings set to low.
Is there some way to have all the blocked and spam email dumped to one mailbox so in case something is labeled spam it ends up there and can be sorted.

what email server are you running ?
do you have any external spam filtering, or any other mechanisms for blocking junk email

for example this should work for both exchagne 2010 and 2007 http://exchangepedia.com/2007/02/exchange-2007-content-filter-how-to-move-messages-to-junk-mail-folder.html
