Outlook Sheduling Assistant does not display details

Hope you are all well, could someone please give me assistance with why some meeting rooms display details and others dont(see attachment) have done everything that comes to mind with no luck. All meeting rooms have been setup the same way there is nothing diffrent. if you require any further info let me know.

Staff are using windows 7 64bit and outlook 2007

You may need to log in as the meeting room, and create an outlook profile for it

Then check its free busy settings
Make sure there is ample amount of months published

Under Calendar settings, go to Planner Options
make Sure The Following are selected
-Show Pop Up Calendar Details
- Show Calendar Details in Grid

Then close outlook
Re-open using Start>Run>Outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy

This will clear and regenerate the calendars free busy info

COuld also help to check the Meeting Rooms Delegate settings
Make sure everyone has Reviewer Access on Calendar
