Looking for a Open Source Collaboration/Helpdesk/Change Management solution
I have a delimma. I am looking for a open source solution that can keep the channels open between QA, Engineering and 2nd level support. What I am noticing is changes are being made on the test servers and some groups are not being notified so its hard to keep track of any changes or upgrades. What I want is a open source collaboration/change management ticket tracking solution. A system that could email the group of any changes or updates. Can anyone provide a solution. Im not interested in Sharepoint so any other solution would be helpful.
Thanks
