Blocked emails in MYOB

Hi,
We have a PC running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, MS Office Home & Business 2010 and MYOB AccountRight Premier v19.6. Every time we send an invoice or statement directly from MYOB, we get the Outlook message as follows:
A program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf…Allow or Deny.

When we send the monthly statements, we have to stay in front of the computer to keep hitting 'Allow'....VERY anoying!
Can anybody tell me how to get around this?
Cheers,
Greg

Try a program from http://ContextMagic.com/ .
ClickYes is a little app that does it for you.

Did you have outlook running and the allow message up on the screen before you added the Myob application to click yes. It then finds on its own the correct program to allow. We have found when you manually add the app, it has problems.

There is a 'Get' button that you are supposed to click when the 'allow' message is showing. I did try this but but can't be certain that Outlook was open at the time. When I did it that way it just sat there and nothing appeared to be happening,...unless it takes a while to find the application it is looking for???
I will revisit this and open Outlook and try it again.
Cheers,
Greg

It should add the application after you press GET to the app. This also needs to be done for each profile user.

Unfortunatley the security changes in OUtlook 2007 and 2010, do not allow you to bypass or disable this message

I do there are options for developers to Bypass this when developing their applications, but if this is not an option, all you have to rely on are third party products that will simply click yes for you.

I have a similar OS setup and frequently use Click Yes Express

When you couldnt get it to work, what issues did you encounter?

Did you restart after the install?

Is it running in your task bar?

Did you install it as an administrator?

Yep, that was the answer. Need to run MYOB & ClickYes as Administrator. Also discovered that even in the Pro version of ClickYes the trial version won't let you save a profile, so you have to 'add' the application everytime you logoff/logon. Once you pay for it you can save your profile so you don't have to add the application again.
Cheers,
Greg
