I am trying to install HP Management Home Page on windows 2003 and 2008 servers.
I have downloaded the cp014437.exe(2003) and cp014436.exe(2008)  file from HP website.
I can run it and install the HP Management Home Page for every server successfully but only for one server 2003 not successfully. The HP system Management HomePage service does not start. If I try to start manually it throws the error :
Could not start the HP System Management Homepage service on Local Computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

What other services are running on this server? The HP software may be trying to use a port already in use for its webservice.

I have this same issue.  I was running an older version (2.x.x.x) and after upgrading to 7.x.x.x, the service won't start so the webpage won't open.

Any suggestions?
