Extract differences from the compared document

Can it be possible to pull out the any differences from the compared document into Excel in columns like...original content, replaced content,added ,deleted and page no.
Can you suggest any references or sample code for this?

i am not sure which version of MS Excel you are talking about. however, the Excel 2010 that i am using does support Track Changes as what you expected above.
