Employee computer monitoring

can someone recommend a good software (I don't want to buy something that is cheesy) that allows recording of keystrokes and screen shots randomly on our network? I prefer NOT to buy a piece of equipment. I found a few but want something that is quality software.

We have approximately 30 workstations. Email monitoring is optional.
