Employee computer monitoring

can someone recommend a good software (I don't want to buy something that is cheesy) that allows recording of keystrokes and screen shots randomly on our network? I prefer NOT to buy a piece of equipment.  I found a few but want something that is quality software.

We have approximately 30 workstations. Email monitoring is optional.

Here are some that I've found but wish to get you experts opinions.

though, you may already know that there can be some issues with some employees moaning about it. best to check legality of those first I would advise.
You have to check legality.  It may require your to make all of your employees aware of it and sign an agreement.

But we've used Spectorsoft software on a few networks.  It works great.

Thank you both!  I'm leaving the legality issues up to the owner of the company and our administrative staff.  I just needed to find some recommendations.  This is great.  I appreciate everything.

Sincerely,
VT
