ica client and program neighbourhood
Can anyone explain to me in laymans terms (management speak for someone new to citrix) what each of these tools on the desktop do. ica client seems to be a login facility which pn a menu of options. When you login to a citrix server which tool do you use in which occassion?
Also, regardless of which client app they use to access citrix, does it leave a trace/audit log on their PC's XP of which citrix server or resource they logged into?

>>You can get the session details in Edgesight tool. Using edgesight you can trace the users log details.
is this regardless of whether or not the local security policy on the citrix xenapp server has auditing enabled or not? In edgesite, how far back do the logs go, and could you do a screenshot of a sample report?

And do the sessions link to a user or an asset, i.e. is it "pc1234 established a session with xenapserver2" or "domain\steve established a session with xenappserver2"?

I am a bit lost on how this relates to program neighbourhood and ica client and what they do.
