Outlook 2007 prompts for username and password to access exchange2007 mailbox
my users are getting prompt to enter username and password when they open their outlook 2007. I have tried various following things
but can't seem to be able to find any solution.

I have had it where a user changes their password on another computer or they remote desktop to a machine and since their password expired they are forced to change it and then they start seeing these on their main computer. If they log out and log back in to the computer it will cache their new passwords and this will go away. Have they tried logging off or rebooting.
Have you tried Upgrading to SP3 yet?
How are the profiles getting created? Automatically? Create one manually and see how it works. Also what OS? Windows 7? Check the credentials manager in the control panel and remove entries there.
