What is the actual process name (long name please)

We've recently had (2) users for one of our clients start receiving this strange error message... I've tried googling the process, and checked the task manager to see if I could see anything running that is related to it, but I've been unsuccessful.<br />

Any ideas?<br />

Strange Application pop-up error
