Inserting a Hyperlink in Word 2007 - Text to Display
I have a user who when inserting a Hyperlink into a Word doc (Word 2007) has the Text to Display Field auto populate with the URL not the title of the webpage or article.
The process they go thru is
1. in the Word Doc press CRTL+K to bring up the Insert Hyperlink dialog
2. switch to IE9, and highlight the URL for the link/address
3. Switch back to Word, and click the cursor into the Address field of the Insert Hyperlink Dialog window.
The above steps when repeated by others have the desired result - ie the URL populates the Address field, the Title populates the Text to Display field.

Office 2007SP3 is installed, and resetting IE had no effect.
I had the user log into another laptop, and ensured it was not a profile issue (we have roaming profiles here)
I was able to fix their issue by renaming the Windows profile.
This worked - but its not a perfect solution.
