Office 2007SP3 is installed, and resetting IE had no effect. <br />
<br />
I had the user log into another laptop, and ensured it was not a profile issue (we have roaming profiles here)<br />
<br />
I was able to fix their issue by renaming the Windows profile.<br />
This worked - but its not a perfect solution.

I have a user who when inserting a Hyperlink into a Word doc (Word 2007) has the Text to Display Field auto populate with the URL not the title of the webpage or article.<br />

The process they go thru is <br />
1. in the Word Doc press CRTL+K to bring up the Insert Hyperlink dialog<br />
2. switch to IE9, and highlight the URL for the link/address<br />
3. Switch back to Word, and click the cursor into the Address field of the Insert Hyperlink Dialog window.<br />

The above steps when repeated by others have the desired result - ie the URL populates the Address field, the Title populates the &nbsp;Text to Display field.
