We are having a bit of an issue with our Exchange 2010 server. This is an issue that has just begun, as we have been functioning fine before.
Our Exchange server is the only one in the network. It is a server running Windows Server 2008 R2, and is also the domain controller, and local DNS.
Okay, here's the issue: When we go into the Microsoft Exchange Management Console, under recipient Configuration; on the right hand side, in the actions window, there is no longer an option to create a new mailbox.
The latest change to the server was the install of ESET Mailbox Security, which has not been activated yet.
Reboots of the machine have not helped, and the permissions seem to be correct for our administrator account.
