Formula reset in Running Total for Crystal Reports

I currently have a running total that is summing all accounts and changing based on location.
Is there a way I can use the formula editor in the reset portion of the running total to exclude a certain account?  I can't exclude the location from the report all together because I need to use it for another column.
I'm currently using Crystal 2008

What it currently is:
      Location 1
Ex. Account 1  1000
     Account 2 15000
     Account 3 25000
     Account 4 1000
   Running Total Amount: 42000

Expected:
      Location 1
Ex. Account 1  1000
     Account 2 15000
     Account 3 25000
     Running Total Amount: 41000
