Web Filtering Solution with Juniper SSG-5 router

I am looking for a solution for a web filtering service that I can use to filter all of the devices on my network (smartphones and computers) without having to install individual clients on the devices themselves. I have a Juniper SSG-5 router. I have seen both SurfControl and Websense under the Security>Webfiltering tabs on the web interface for the router. Which protocol is better for what I need?

websense bought out surfcontrol a few years back so its basically the same option now. They can be kind of pricey, but if money is not an object it is the easiest solution to go with. The alternative is to use one of the open source products such as dansguardian. In this situation you can use policy based routing to send all http traffic through the dansguardian proxy server that will act as a gateway and do your filtering for you.

Please post if you have additional questions

sangamc,

Thank you for your response. I am just trying to get as much information as possible about this topic, so bear with me. Can these open source products be a solution for all Juniper routers? Also are there more open source products that you would recommend? Which of these is the best in your opinion?
