Editing a website created using iWeb using a PC

We have been asked to take over updating a website that was created using iWeb. Unfortunately, we do not possess a Mac (as yet) and from the little I understand of HTML, the code is pretty involved to say the least.
I took a quick look at the website using FrontPage and am none the wiser.

Does anyone have any idea if there is a PC program that will enable me to edit this website?

HTML is HTML, CSS is CSS, Javascript is Javascript.

If you have access to the source code you should be able to edit the pages...

Here is a possible answer, bit of a read but might help all the same.

canu - The short answer is that although it is POSSIBLE to edit an iWeb site without an Apple Mac and a copy of iWeb it is VERY difficult and requires an in-depth understanding of HTML, CSS and web design and therefore NOT RECOMMENDED.

See the answer from Derek on this page which explains it well

Basically, FrontPage will be of no use to you and iWeb websites are not designed to be supported or edited by other programs or by editing the raw code files.  It is a fairly closed eco-system unless you are very experienced.

Whoever designed and developed the website for you will have to give you the iWeb source files from their Mac .. you need a Mac running OSX with iWeb to edit and maintain the website.
