Basic ASA 5510 configuration problem with connectivity

We have just started configuring our new ASA, but have run into some strange problem. Basically, it has standard Cisco config, and the only change was made to theEthernet 0/0 and Ethernet0/1 interfaces. Right now we can ping the interface from directly connected laptop, but we can not ping laptop from the ASA. Also, when trying to upload / download config file to the TFTP server running on that laptop, we are receiving error "timed out attempting to connect".

Here is running config:

ciscoasa# sh run

Make sure there is no firewall/antivirus on the laptop blocking traffic
