Group policy recommendation for call centers

Hi,

We're about to implement a Group policy on several call centers, and would appreciate recommendations or examples on what should be disabled safely, especially destructive stuff..

The Active directory is windows 2008 R2, and the workstations are windows XP x86.

What exactly are you trying to secure?

Hi,

The operators of the workstations should be able to work ONLY with the assosicated programs, and nothing more.

They should NOT have access to:
Drive C
Control panel
System options
Removable devices (Mass storage devices)
CMD
Misc options which may damage the system
Task manager
Games etc..
