Can I add a sound card to a server

I have a Dell Poweredge server that is running Xenserver, Windows 2003  and thin clients with Windows XP.  We are using a program at our school that requires sound and a microphone.  The sound is fine but there is no ability to use a microphone.  If I install a sound card will I be able to have the thin clients use a microphone to interact with a language program online?

My apologies, I read this as if you were using XenApp, not XenServer.  Sorry.
