New-ManagementRoleAssignment

I want to run New-ManagementRoleAssignment and assign 2 roles. I am trying this:

New-ManagementRoleAssignment -Name "NAME" -SecurityGroup "GROUP" -Role "ROLE1","ROLE2"

It fails with: Cannot process argument transformation on parameter 'Role'. Cannot convert the "System.Collections.ArrayList" value of type "System.Collections.ArrayList" to type "Microsoft.Excha

Anyone know how to do this?

Are you saying that you cannot assign 2 roles, instead I need to create a role group that contains those 2 roles and then assign that role group?
