I just upgraded a user from MS Office 2003 to 2007. 2003 was completely removed before the installation of 2007.  Now in 2007 when the user attempts to save a file he gets the following error:

Macro Error
Does anyone one know what is causing this error?  Disabling macros does not fix anything.

I am betting that this computer had s.a.x MasterLayout software installed on it, and it has an add-in that is causing the difficulty.

It may be that you need an update to this software package to support the new file formats in Office 2007. Or you may need to uninstall it altogether.

Thank you, byundt! Two conflicting versions were installed. Installed the current version and now user can save his files.
