replication group "Group name" This error can occur if the host is unreachable
, or if the DFS replication service is not running on the server

Check your DNS settings on each of your DCs.

You should have an entry that points to itself and another for each of the others DCs.

Is the DFS service started on the server2? Was there any network connectivity issues? Are you able to ping each other?

As , Server1 and Server 2 connected by lease line connection (2Mbps)
Ping Test (Server1 , Server2 , DC1 , DC2) result is OK

Ping IP (OK), Ping Server name(OK)  , Ping Server name.domainname.com(OK), Ping domainname.com(OK)
Please recommend.

Make sure that the windows firewall is stopped on both servers. Are you getting any error message in the event viewer? have a look at this article which details about most common issues with DFS http://blogs.technet.com/b/askds/archive/2007/10/05/top-10-common-causes-of-slow-replication-with-dfsr.aspx
