VMWARE ESXi HA help

We need to setup Esxi HA for three hosts so below is the configuration details

Is below best practise for vmware HA newtork config?

ESXi Network Config for three hosts
1)vSwitch0
  Teaming - Nic0 and Nic1(Active/Standby)
  Load Balancing - Port ID
  Failback - No
  Port Group - a)Management Network (b)vMotion
 
2)vSwitch1
  Teaming - Nic2and Nic3(Active/Standby)
  Load Balancing - Port ID
  Failback - No
  Port Group - VM Network

3)  vSwitch2
  Teaming - Nic4 and Nic5(Active/Standby)
  Load Balancing - Port ID
  Failback - No
  Port Group - Service Console

4)vSwitch3
  Teaming - Nic6 and Nic7
  Load Balancing - Port ID
  Failback - No
  Port Group - a)ISCSI_1 (acive adpater - nic6 and unused adapter-nic7)
                       b)ISCSI_2 (active adapter - nic7 and unused adapter - nic6)

Do we need to have service console for Vmware HA?

Can you  help with best practise configuration for Vmware HA.

Can you help with the best HA configuration with DRS i should go for with three host.
Would the below iscsi config work?


ESXi ISCSI vswitch config

vmk1 - 192.168.16.101 - nic5
vmk2 - 192.168.15.101 - nic5

vmk3 - 192.168.16.102 - nic6
vmk4 - 192.168.15.102 - nic6

As we have MD3200i with two controllers.

Below is Storage ISCSI config
Dell Storage
contoller  raid0 - port0 - 192.168.16.110
controller raid0 - port1 - 192.168.15.110

controller raid1 - port0 - 192.168.16.120
controller raid1 - port1 - 192.168.15.120
