I was able to RDP to the server prior to terminal server setup, now when i try to RDP it say the user has to be a part of RDP user or Admin User. I even tried logging with the Admin user still i get the same error.

I have access to ILO, what i need to check now? any clue??

i think what you need to do is to add users to terminal services group which will then allow you to login in.

if that don't work, try making them a member of remote desktop users group as well.
Check your User Rights Assignments and Remote Desktop Users security group.

The issue is resolved...

I used ILO access and changed the the RDP setting [Run>tscc.msc>server settings> on the right pane you should be able to see the license server discover> double click the option> mention the license server IP and then check names to confirm ]
