There is no reasonable way to get your reputation to not be neutral.  You would have to become a large volume email sender like Experts Exchange or something similar.  I have been on the internet with the same domain name for many years and my 'reputation' is neutral because I just don't send out enough email to get rated.

I really wouldn't worry about it.  Unless you start getting complaints, the ISPs and other won't be reporting on your email behavior.  That means you will always have a neutral rating.  The rating companies get their info from ISPs and large email organizations like Google, Yahoo, and Hotmail.  Not from individual email addresses.
