our reputation is neutral

our company domain  reputation is neutral and that means that our mail traffic may be blocked .
by searching the internet I found that to solve this issue we need to increase our sending volume ,is there any extra solution

I really wouldn't worry about it.  Unless you start getting complaints, the ISPs and other won't be reporting on your email behavior.  That means you will always have a neutral rating.  The rating companies get their info from ISPs and large email organizations like Google, Yahoo, and Hotmail.  Not from individual email addresses.
