Hyper-V Replication Assistance

Okay I am in the process of setting up 2 identical servers running Microsoft Server 2008R2 Data Center (Hyper-V).  My first server (Hyper1) will run all my VM's and I want to have the second server (Hyper2) setup so I can continually replicate the 2 for disaster recovery.  I want to have Hyper 1 setup so that if something happens to the server and it goes offline then Hyper2 will take over.  I would like this to happen in the case of complete failure of Hyper1 or even if just 1 VM fails it will come online on Hyper2.

Does anyone know of the easiest and of course most cost effective way to do this.

I would consider implementing Starwind.
