How can I check connectivity between SCCM and specific client computers on my network via the SCCM console.  I have already confirmed that I can successfully ping and resolve as well as browse via UNC from server to clients in question.

client center is one of the best tool to identify issues of SCCM client from site server or any remote server that has SCCM client center installed on it, most probably the issues occurs on client is mostly the curroption of WMI that also can be solved from client center.
