I am attempting to copy a users autocomplete entries from one computer to another and am unable to locate the .nk2 file.
I checked EE, and also refrenced these:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/copy-the-autocomplete-list-to-another-computer-HA010097887.aspx
http://www.msoutlook.info/question/478

One site says,
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook
the other says,
drive:\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook.

It isn't in either folder, and hidden files and folders are shown.

I should note that i am unable to log on to the user's profile.  The computer was on a domain and now it is in a workgroup.

I navigated to that location and there is no EOamCache folder or file, only a .KFL, and several .OAB and .OBI files.

Hi Sorry i meant RoamCache, make sure that you have your Folder  options set to Show all hidden files, folders and drives.

Also just so you know if your using MS Office 2010 then the autocomplete (nk2) file is no longer called nk2. It is called something along the lines of Stream_Autocomplete_0_363C86ED28EC4543B8DF60A00375D088.dat

If the computer is now on a workgroup, are you able to access the computer via a local administrator account and access the user old profile?

If so then you shouldn't have a problem.
