Server 2008 Remote desktop (TS) Outlook Printing Slow/Crashing

Hello all and thanks for any advice you can give me on this.

We have a remote desktop server (formerly terminal server) running on 2008 R2 - Office 2003 with Outlook 2010.

We are using the easy print drivers enabled by default and they seem to work fine for everything except Outlook 2010.

When you go to print on Outlook 2010, it shows "connecting to printer" and can take a few minutes before it either connects, or the screen just disappears and takes you back to the email you were trying to print.  It can also show not responding, and eventually crash Outlook.

Has anyone experienced this?

Thanks again

Your going to need to Upgrade the rest of Office 2003 to 2010, Or your going to need to downgrade your outlook back to Outlook 2003

As Outlook 2010 requires WORD 2010, a combination of 2003/2010 renders them incompatible

Would you know why; since Microsoft came out with patches for 2007 converter, I was hoping it would have the same type application for this particular problem.

The converter is only really to convert doc types from .docx, .xlsx, .pptx into compatible types to be read in earlier versions of Office like 2003 and earlier

Its not designed to make mixed Install versions of office 2003 and 2010 compatible with eachother.
