I may be wrong but I think on an IPhone you need to manually open the sub-folder for it to sync. I don't have an IPhone but I remember someone complaining that the auto sync did not work for sub folders, they had to open the folder and then it would sync.

by: silverkornPosted on 2011-07-14 at 05:47:34ID: 36187574

By applying these hotfixes:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/967046
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972077

it updated the following components:
Davex.dll      (6.5.7655.11)
Store.exe     (6.5.7655.11)
MasSync.dll  (6.5.7655.0)

I restarted all the IIS and Exchange services but it requires a full system reboot for everything to work. Now everything works. thanks for all the help

when i went to the KB as instructed above, i couldn't find a download link for the hot fixes
can you provide me a link for the hot fixes,

thanks.

I have the KB967046 hotfix available, but cannot upload it to EE as they don't allow the file type - if you drop me an email (visit my profile for details), I will email it to you, or make it available on a site you can download it from.

By uninstalling the Microsoft Security Essential the active sync work as a charm.
