One of the users sent out 1 email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We got a delivery delay but then the user called to complain that they got over 100 emails (the same email over 100 times) from this user.
I have traced the message and see exchange has tried to send the message to many of the vmsxxxxxxpub.verizon.net servers.
Is this purly a verizon issue or an exchange issue on our side.
The verizon.net person is really ticked off so any assistance you could provide would be very welcome.
