Locate email address in Exchange 2007

My coworker created a user account "accountspayable" with the intention of creating an email address with the same name (accountspayable@domain.tld), but when trying to mail enable the account it said that email address already exists and it made the email "accountspayable2@domain.tld."

My question is how can I find that email address? I'm assuming it's an alias to a user or distro group, but so far my GUI and CLI attempts at locating where emails are going has been useless.
