Location of setting in Server 2008

I have a procedure I need to follow that reads as thus:

'Open "Domain Controller Security Policy" under Start, Programs, Admin Tools
Click on Local Policies
Make sure both "audit account logon events" and "audit logon events" have 'Success' in the 'Policy Settings' column.

I have a mixed environment here with 2003 and 2008 AD controllers.

I can follow the above steps in  2003, but not on the 2008 controllers.

Can I get some direction as to how/where to do this?

Run this on your DC -> gpmc.msc -> Right click your Default Domain DC GPO and click Edit ->

Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Setting -> Local Policies -> Audit Policy -> make your changes here

Can you be more specific? Nothing there _exactly_ matches 'Default Domain DC GPO' and there are about three things it could be.
