I need a good video tutorial for installing LAMP on either Debian or Centos OS newer versions.  Does anyone have a good link for this?  Preferably a video training.

CentOS is not exactly the same.

IMHO, if you used/installed either before, you should be fine installing any newer version.
Considerations:
Do you want raided volumes/devices? Do you use lvm or raw partitions?
With raided boot the only requirement is the /boot partition must be a raid of two primary bootable partitions.
Sda1 and sda2 raided as /dev/md0 and formatted as ext2, ext3, or ext4 no lvm.
The remainder can either be a single raid group or broken up and raided.
