Internet Explorer Printer Preview

I have a user that when they go to certain websites and do a print preview, they get a blank page. To fix this, they have to do a reset on internet explorer. However this happens consistently randomly. I did a registry repair and scanned for Malaware. What else can i do to permanently stop this issue?
