550 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay (state 13) Exchange 2007

Please help, I have a domain abc.com with godaddy, MX is smtp.abc.com, and on the A record smtp points to our external IP address. When I setup my AD, I use corp.abc.com, so when I setup new user in exchange, their default email is @corp.abc.com, then I change it to @acb.com, users are able to send email out, but when someone send email from outside, sender get the following error: 550 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay (state 13). Thanks in advance.

Open Exchange Management console
Server Config
Hub Transport
Right click Windows SBS Internet Receive Connector(or your default receive connector if not SBS you are using)
In the General section what is your FQDN? If its corp.abc.com you need it to be abc.com

I only have corp.abc.com in accepted domain, should I add acb.com?
