Cursor on new Blackberry Bold floats around the screen...

We can still operate the BB, but it's bothering the user that the cursor is floating over the screen on its own.

Do we need to buy a new BB, or is there some adjustment that can be done?

I guess that the fastest thing to do is to reload the OS, and then carefully add back apps and settings.
