I can believe I have to ask this in EE. How do I keep Windows LIve Messenger on top of allother app?
I saw somewyhere on the web that i had to go to "Tools"
I either do not have "tools" in Live Messenger, or they hid the thing.

i believe you need to right click on the messenger window and select show menu bar to have the tools option show up.

I think its their whole move to the "Ribbon" that's driving this (although I'm not sure what's in store for Win 8). Most of the newer software which has the Ribbon, or has seemingly removed the toolbar, still supports using the keyboard "accelerators" to display menus. I can't guarantee that it works 100% of the time, but if you ever get stuck without a visible menu, try holding down the Alt key and whatever underlined letter would have brought up the menu in a previous version of you program (e.g. "T" for "Tools", "V" for "View", etc.).
