File Attachments on E-Mails from CRM 2011 Web Client
We have the E-Mail router configured for outgoing e-mails, with which we can send from within CRM - using the Send of behalf of functionality to maintain a single point of contact philosophy. This works fine, with the exception that the File Attachment button is greyed out, but only when you change the sending user to be the single contact user.
This behaviour happens even for a system administrator, so I would infer that it's not a permissions thing? I would hope that there is still a configuration item that can be changed to support this?
