Export exchange address book so it can be imported into a partners ad as contacts

Hi,
Exchange 2003 Server.

I want to Export my Exchange 2003 address book, I was going to export my AD Users to a csv file using CSVDE, that I can do, but what I want to do is export enough information for a partner company to take the file and import it into their AD (totally seperate forest with no links) but as CONTACTS (not users).
What information do I need to export for them and what will they need to do?
Or is this the best way to do it?

Have you tried this one ?

csvde -r "(&(objectClass=user)(objectCategory=Person))" -d "dc=domain,dc=local" -l
displayName,proxyAddresses -f c:\users.csv

Krzysztof

You can use csvde to import as well.
