Are you receiving an error when trying to setup the autoreply or does everything appear to work up until the point that no reply is sent?

no error receiving . Just sends nothing

As you haven't specified, I'm making the assumption here that your network uses exchange as it's mailserver.

If this is the case then this issue can occur when the Exchange Mailbox Assistants Service isn't running. This is the service responsible for applying the autoreply rule. Please check this is started or ask a relevant person to check this.

Could you log into your account using OWA and check that the autoreply rule is showing as enabled from there?

Author

Commented:
i did it (owa) before ,but still doe not send .
Must be owa autoreply shutdown if autoreply in outlook is enable?
Commented:
Sorry I'm not sure I understand that last post.

Basically, when you setup an out of office reply in outlook you should see it enabled when you log into OWA. If when you log into OWA, autoreply is turned off then outlook isn't correctly enabling it.

Are the emails you're receiving internal or external? By default out of office replies are not sent to external senders.

Author

Commented:
i try internal but nothing comes

use the "Test E-Mail Autoconfiguration" option in Outlook, does it return the same URLs for Availability Service and OOF URL?

also, make sure to check the permissions in IIS on the EWS virtual directory.

Is the Out of office notification going to an external email account?

If somone else on your domain, who hasent already received an OOF msg, sends you an email will they get the notification?

If this is the case as above, you need to have your Exchange Admin check the settings on the exchange server

Exchange Disable auto replies to External Email accounts by default
The exchange admin will need to enable OOF Replies to external addresses if it hasnt already been done
