Outlook rule

My end goal is >>> I always want to keep a particular parent folder empty.

Is it possible to create a rule in Outlook 2007 which moves ANY emails in one folder into another.

Thanks

which link should I select?

To avoid going over my limits, I do the following:

File -> Data Account Settings -> Data Files tab -> click your PST and select "Set as Default"

All mail will directly hit your PST instead of filling up your mailbox.

I hope this helps.
