i have exchange 2003 in domain 2003 now i buy new server and i want to upgrade the exchange to exchange 2010 in this domain what all the step i need to do??

but i dont have sbs i have domain 2003 and new server with exchange 2003
SBS is almost the same, it hes exchange built in.
