Cannot connect to Dynamics CRM 2011 from Outlook

After installin CRM client for Outlook, I'm trying to configure it, but get an error:

"Cannot find any organzation on the server. Try entering the URL again. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator."

I can browse CRM site in Internet Explorer normally.

What can be the problem?

Is this CRM on-premise or online?

This is an error that could be caused by many different issues. Please try this tool to start with, http://rc.crm.dynamics.com/rc/2011/en-us/online/5.0/outlook-troubleshooting.aspx

Also, check the Windows Event Viewer to see if there are any errors logged in the application log.

If you haven't done anything yet according to point #1 in the link then try reinstalling the CRM for outlook and configure it again.

rikin_shah, yes the problem is the same as example 1 in http://blogs.msdn.com/b/sundeepm/archive/2012/01/21/ms-dynamics-crm-2011-outlook-client-installation-common-exception-scenarios.aspx

But there is no resolution for this problem.

feridun, unfortunately http://rc.crm.dynamics.com/rc/2011/en-us/online/5.0/outlook-troubleshooting.aspx doesn't help - there is no such a problem described.

And there are no any errors in Event Viewer.
