I have a table containing people's information. Each row is each person's with name, phone, email and attachment files. Now what i want is when i click on one person's email address, it opens up the Outlook compose window with included the attachment file ready in that row. How can I do this?

Please have a look at my article here: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Office_Productivity/Office_Suites/MS_Office/A_4316-Automate-Outlook-in-VBA-with-the-OutlookCreateItem-Class.html

It has a sample Access database for automating emails from Access.  It should help get you started.

What I would do is create a form for your table, and use the Click event for the email address field to launch the email.

Please be clear:
"Each row is each person's with name, phone, email and attachment files. "

What form do these attachments take?
Are they all in different columns?
Are they paths to the file: ("c:\SomeFolder\Somefile.xxx")?
Are they Attachment datatypes?
...etc

One person can have many attachment files. They are attachment datatypes. The path is different.

Thanks. No need for that. Just quick question. I open your sample database. How can i view all tables in there? I couldn't find the button to view them.
