I have a comma delimated file with the following layout.

"Asset Description","AssetNumber","ModelNumber"

I want to import this into a table in access which has these fields but a bunch of other fields too.  The access table is laid out this way:

AssetID(autonumber)
Asset Descritpion
AssetNumber
EmployeeID
Employee No
Location No
Model Number

How does Access determine where to put the imported values? Does my text file need to be setup the same as the table?
