Razor unable to connect to sbs2003 :this device does not support this server version

After setting up the phone we get this error message when we try to connect:
"this device does not support this server version" Not sure what changed? only the Phone. the sbs2003 server was connecting to the other droid phone why not this one?

A couple of things, do you have SSL on? You should and if you do, I would recommend using a 3rd part one so you do not have to go through the import process on each phone. You can also turn it off entirely, but that opens a whole other can of worms.

There is also a check box on the SBS server (exchange) to allow non-provisional devices" in your active sync policy.
