I am actually using the Tools | Office Links | Analyze It with Microsoft Excel method, and the excel file seems to get initially downloaded to random places (I think based on my last activity), but it makes it time-consuming to locate and delete if it's in the wrong place - which is normally the case.  Is there a way for it to be always downloaded to my desktop or a particular folder?  Thanks.
