I don't know how to get into the Trend Micro Spam manager.  I don't even know if that is the problem.  I would like to know how to get into it.

Any ideas on:  1)  How to get into Trend Spam Manager
2) What the cause of this bounce is?
3)  If turning off the Microsoft Exchange anti-spam update service will help?

Is this corporate email from an Exchange server?  -if so, WFB is not the problem. You need an Excahgen anti-spam solution such as Trend's "Scanmail for Exchange" or another product of similar purpose.
Ok.  I turned off the Microsoft exchange anti-spam update and they can now receive the emails.

How very odd.  How is the microsoft exchange anti-spam update service managed?
