Where and How to manage Trend Micro Anti Spam?

Running Trend Micro WFBS 7.0 on a Server 2008 R2.

President of company cannot get email from @leadingagemenh.org.

MXtoolbox shows: for this domain shows:

             Status                Result
      OK - 75.180.133.40 resolves to cdptpa-bc-smtpin01.mail.rr.com
Warning - Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner
Warning - Does not support TLS.
0 seconds - Good on Connection time
OK - Not an open relay.
2.324 seconds - Good on Transaction Time

So it could be Reverse DNS causing it to be blocked.

I don't know how to get into the Trend Micro Spam manager.  I don't even know if that is the problem.  I would like to know how to get into it.

Any ideas on:  1)  How to get into Trend Spam Manager
2) What the cause of this bounce is?
3)  If turning off the Microsoft Exchange anti-spam update service will help?

Microsoft Exchange Anti-Spam Update Service was stopped and now they can receive email from that domain.
