What never worked out?
The instructions posted there have worked for me (and thousands of other SysAdmins) for years.

The instructions written by sirbounty include a way for you to create a .txt file and do your entire network with one command.

OK - understood.

Read through the comment from sirbounty (http://www.experts-exchange.com/Q_22397407.html#a18573199) if you are doing a bunch at a time.

sorry younghv i think i may have to go another route; the malwarebytes i have requires a license key and i don't think i can use psexec for that; i don't know anything about batch scripting but i think i will have to go that way

No idea how you could automate the Product ID and License Key entries. I always do those manually.

One thing I have found is that the staff at MBAM are incredibly helpful (and smart). Have you tried contacting Customer Service over there? They have jumped through some serious hoops for me in the past.
